"I first got to know Katie when she was offering personal training at my local gym, I liked the fact that unlike many of the PT's Katie wasn't pushy didn't give you a hard sell to take up personal training but seemed genuinely interested in how my training was progressing. When Katie suggested the idea of a boot camp it coincided with my desire to step up my training to help my weight loss goals but I hadn't participated in group physical activity since the dreaded PE lessons at school. I needn't have worried and I can honestly say that I haven't had so much fun in years. Each session has been tailored to accommodate individual abilities with options that take account of differing levels of fitness. I have made new friends, I have done things that I hadn't done for a very long time and in a few weeks the difference in my fitness and flexibility is huge. I still don't much enjoy burpees but then again I will admit that being able to do them where I couldn't at the beginning is a pleasure in itself! If you are thinking of improving your fitness and want personal training, or are thinking of joining a bootcamp I cannot recommend Katie more highly, personable and motivating, encouraging and positive, Katie can help you achieve your goals, all you need to do is start."

“Arriving at week 9 on my journey with Katie's bootcamp I can truely say that I am now feeling the difference and look forward to the once dreaded boot camp sessions. It took a lot of courage to start the camp but once you've had the first session it's addictive, and as we have all realised that is half the battle. Katie is so encouraging to both myself and all the others in the group, especially as we are all at such different levels of strength and stamina. She makes us want to go that little bit further, and although at the time you feel you can't do it, Katie believes we can, so that once that session is complete, and you've managed to do what you thought was impossible you feel ecstatic that you've managed to complete it, and push yourself to the next level. The group sessions are fantastic as we all help push each other to achieve our goals and with the coaching and expertise and advice of Katie this is made easier..
